Phone restarting when trying to set alarm clock

http://forums.androidcentral.com – Greetings, I am using an Aoson S100 smartphone. The phone is with Android 2.3.4 Gingerbread. I have the phone since July, but for the past week it has a strange bug: The Android automatically restarts when i try to set a new alarm clock. When I choose a default alarm, the phone restarts by itself again when the time comes for the alarm to set off... I read in some threads about alam clock issues with Android 2.3.4 and they all advised for a Factory reset to be initiated. Yet, I am a total noob on using such old versions of Android and I don't want to lose all my stuff and contacts from (HowTos)

OK, if this adds any context, I am switching from a Sprint S3, which is actually very similar (hardware and software-wise) to an AT&T S4. One weird thing I've noticed on my new phone, is, when I'm creating a new alarm (and I usually do that by hitting the voice icon on the Google Search Bar and saying, for example "set alarm for 5 minutes from now"), the default alarm is silent!

Hello, I accidentally deleted my alarm clock with titanium backup and of course i want is back :) I'm running STOCK 4.0.3 rooted, i tried to copy to system\app folder by using Root Explorer/other file manager app and set rw r r permission and then rebooted the phone and is still nothing...

Sorry for re posting, but Im new to the forum, so hi alll...I've only had my S3 for a week, it was running ICS 4.0.4 out of the box, but I updated it to jelly bean 4.1.1 (via Kies on my laptop) as soon as I got it. It was working fine but now my briefing alarm announcments don't match the clock time.
