Hi All,
I recently purchased HTC evo 3d sprint cdma phone from US and brought to India. The seller told me that it is unlocked and rooted etc. But now it is not showing any networks here in India.
How will I check whether the phone is actually unlocked for use with any networks?
Can I unlock the phone from sprint?
I have unlocked the bootloader today.
Okay so I've been trying to unlock my bootloader on my new Nexus 4 and haven't had much luck. I've carefully followed the directions on this forum and always get stuck when trying to unlock the bootloader.

Just wanted to inform everyone that AT&T won't give us unlock codes to use our phones with an international sim while traveling until 11/06.
I bought my phone on May 6 2012 (launch day). So maybe they added a 5 month waiting period?
Not sure what to do now other than paying the $5-10 to get it unlocked unofficially.
So i just bought a htc evo design 4g from the boost mobile website a few days ago. Im trying to unlock the bootloader but i seem to have hit a wall with this last step . im using the htcdev unlockbootloader to do this . I have followed all the steps and have repeated the entire process several times and still no luck :(.
this thread is intended to be a "one stop shop" for rooting any variation of the HTC One.
currently, the known method of rooting is to unlock the bootloader via htcdev, then use a custom recovery to install superuser root files.
Hi All,
so i have an EVO 4G LTE with HBOOT 1.12, SW v1.13.651.1 710RD.
i just rooted the device using ZEDOMAX script, and i've been reading but i need a confirmation from someone that's been more active than me with an EVO 4G LTE. As of today, there is no S-OFF method that doesnt use the HTCDEV ?
i'm trying to unlock the bootloader without having to use the HTCDEV.
Hi there!
I have my x 10 for a about 3 years now and last week I bought a code to unlock the sim.
But now I find my installed rom a bit buggy with a ****ty battery life and I want to switch it for another one.
So there is my question : If I install a new rom, change the kernel and unlock the bootloader will my phone still be unlocked?
Thanks for the anwsers!
Have a good day!
Hey guys,
tonight I tried to unlock my HBoot 1.27 Sensation with T-Mobile Germany branding.
