http://www.linuxquestions.org – I am trying to do a dual boot with Windows 7 and Ubuntu 13.10 (choose this operating system because my computer has an AMD processor). I created a partition with Windows, equally dividing the hdd, and rebooted Windows a couple of times. Then I restart my computer again to install the Linux distro and it won't recognize my current OS, thereby failing to give me the option of installing Ubuntu along with my Windows OS. I tried rebooting with the live disk multiple times and the issue is still present. Is there anything I can do to make Ubuntu recognize my current OS? Any helpful input would be (HowTos)
