Outsourcing my mail server

http://www.linuxquestions.org – I have a web application that receives and processes some mail (doesn't actually need to send, only receive). I'm currently doing this by running a Postfix/Dovecot on the server with one mailbox and making POP3 connections to retrieve the mail. My domain's MX records are set up to route all incoming mail first through Postini and then to me. I got the mail server up and going with the help of a long step-by-step tutorial, and honestly I'm not that confident in my own ability to recover from any disasters. I want to "outsource" the mail server to someone who has a better idea of what they are doing than I do, but who? Does anyone offer a really basic corporate mail account, preferably where I can turn spam filtering off (I'll keep Postini for that)? I don't mind paying for this service. Trying to stay away from free accounts, gmail, yahoo, etc. (HowTos)
