This is to bring to the attention of the moderators that when in advanced mode, the prefix access is not visible/available to indicate that my problem was solved. In particular, I am referring to post #12609250.
I have been asked by a moderator to go to Thread Tools and mark a thread "Solved". I have also gone to the FAQ and followed the link on How to Mark a Thread Solved, and basically got the same info. The problem seems to be that when I go to Thread Tools, I do not see an option for marking the thread "Solved".
I post a message with a question.
Somebody answers to my message and gives the answer or I find somehow the anser and post it.
The problem is SOLVED but I cannot find the way to add the prefix to the thread...
It is not offered where you can notify a problem as solved. You can not edit the first post, because Prefix doesn't appear after a post is executed. You can abandon a post before it is posted, as offered in the prefix above. But how do I abandon a bad post I have made or one that gets no response? Thanks!;D

I am still getting used to the new look of the forum , which I must add is quite nice.
But I noticed that in the "thread tools" drop down menu , there is no 'Mark As Solved' . Does that option no longer exist ? If so , what procedure should I follow to indicate that my query is solved ?
