OTA Update & Stuck in Recovery

http://forum.xda-developers.com – Hello guys, I went through the forum and couldn't find a solution, so I am hoping someone is able to advise me on this. I rooted my One X and couldn't install OTA updates though I flashed stock recovery. After giving up hope, I relocked and reinstall RUU and redownload OTA through Settings. Selected "Install Now". Everything went fine, no more red triangle. The green status bar loaded till the end but now I'm stuck in recovery mode (black screen with green arrows above a phone icon). It's been stuck there for at least 15 minutes. Do I let it be or do I restart my phone? Was (HowTos)

So here's what happened. I tried to install CWM 6.0.1.2 using EZ Recovery and it rebooted into ODIN with the words, could not do normal boot, in red. When I reboot it, it would just go back to the ODIN screen, so I tried to use the root 66 method. At first, it would get to system.img.ext4, but the green bar would barely move and be stuck there for 30 minutes.

I just bought my Arc S a few weeks ago and I Flashed it with MIUI by placing the zip file in the root of my SD card and booting my phone in CWM Recovery mode from there I selected "install zip from sdcard", I choose the MIUI zip and then I rebooted but the problem is it just got stuck on the Sony logo.

Ok I was messing around with my phone and figured out how to force the update for the radio and software on stock rom. NO ROOT, NO CUSTOM RECOVERY! You DO need to have S-Off. Just do the juno bear's S-Off stuff. Once S-Off run the stock RUU. Your bootloader will be "LOCKED" and not "RELOCKED" but you will still be S-Off.

Background: I am still on ICS 4.0.4 rooted and unlocked (atleast ez unlock says im unlocked and i have superuser and voodoo says im still rooted) .

However, when I try to flash a custom recovery , ROM manager gets stuck at 100 % and closes. I have also tried installing a custom recovery via EZ recovery, and it says its flashed.
