Oracle Enterprise on AWS Licensing

http://serverfault.com – Just trying to get my head around the pricing of Oracle Enterprise on AWS for a Web Application. Is the following correct: If using a web application you need to licence by CPU as the number of user connecting could be large and 1 CPU license (permanent) is worth $47,500? Is this actually correct. So if you were running a Large DB instance (2 Virtual Cores) with Oracle Enterprise would that mean ongoing you would be up for $47,500 * 2? Is it really that expensive? "Large DB Instance: 7.5 GB memory, 4 ECUs (2 virtual cores with 2 ECUs each), 64-bit platform, High I/O Capacity" (HowTos)
