I am new to Nginx and have a reverse proxy to an upstream glassfish server. I am trying to set up a custom 503 page for when the app is down for maintenance. I have been failing to do so for several hours now. The maintenance.html page contains a css and jpg link. These are showing up when I am forwarded to the maintenance page.
I have a devolo MicroLink 56k Fun LAN modem, which I could configure in openSuse 11.2 as an DSL device. With 11.2 it worked fine. But it isn't possible in 11.3 to configure it, because I cannot set the dial up internet provider phone number for this DSL device.
Yesterday I've updated my system from 11.2 to 11.3, fllowing the guide at SDB:System upgrade - openSUSE . Everything went fine (except an error during the installation of batik) but after reboot I got a grub error:
I'm trying to compile Pidgin from source. I've tried following a tutorial (http://www.howtogeek.com/106526/how-...are-on-ubuntu/) but it doesn't seem to be working.
I navigate to my Pidgin folder and use auto-apt and configure, which should install the dependencies as needed. The terminal zooms through all the stuff, but eventually it stops and I have to manually install something.
I remotely access to my OPENsuse 11. I am using TightVNC program. There is nothing wrong with accessing. But I have to start an analysis program, an this analysis takes about 4 to 6 hours. Therefore, I want to disconnect and let my analysis continue.
