I'm having a lot of issues getting an Opennms instance to monitor and graph data via snmp for a Java instance on a different server. All the snmp stuff is configured correctly on the server, but importing the config into Opennms is a problem.
I am unable to get stats to show on an opennms node page. I have imported a mib, then added a "Foreign Source Definition" with SNMP and the port number of the SNMP. Then I click "rescan" on the node page to no avail. I can confirm a snmpwalk on the node itself (localhost) will succeed. Then on the opennms node page, I do not see my added service appear.
