opening info pages in fully enabled emacs window

http://forums.fedoraforum.org – Hi So far I have always used the man pages, but decided to give info a try. To that end I started reading the tutorial directly from the terminal. In the tutorial/introduction it says that the info pages can be read both from the terminal and from emacs, and if read in emacs, the mouse can be used for things such as clicking links, next, etc. How would I open info pages in emacs? I guess I could type emacs (dir to info), but that kinda defeats the purpose of quickly looking up an unknown command directly from the terminal. To clarify my question. Say I'm working in the termi (HowTos)
