Opening a Dynamic Forward Port on Remote Host with SSH

http://superuser.com – Suppose I have two machines, call them A and B. I want to initiate an SSH connection from A to B that opens a port for dynamic forwarding on B which tunnels back through A. This is not to be confused with RemoteForward (which I'm already using). The same effective result is achieved by opening an SSH connection from A to B with remote forwarding, then opening another connection from B to A with dynamic forwarding. While that works well enough, it's a bit cumbersome. Put another way, is there a kind of “RemoteDynamicForward” option that escapes me? (HowTos)
