Where Adobe CS 5.5 (trial) stores fonts? I already added to %windir%\fonts folder these two fonts (yes, same name font (ttf)), but still when I want to open *.fla, dialog prompt still shown that fonts are missing:
I just installed my Windows fonts like I normally do(/usr/share/fonts/truetype/fonts). I did sudo fc-cache -f -v and restarted. When I logged on and went too Google there were no fonts on the page. I tried other websites such as this forum, Neowin and Bing. All didn't have fonts. FontyPython said "Font may be bad and cannot be drawn."
I have spent many hours without success trying to find an example/printout of the fonts installed in linux. I have found new fonts, how to install fonts, how to build fonts, etc. What I am seeking is an example showing what each font looks like: This is Arial, This is impact. Is there such a thing or am I going to have to spend all day typing one out?
I need larger fonts for my '10-foot interface'. I looked at the output of xlsfonts and seems like the biggest fonts are 36-point. Are larger fonts available? I remember doing something like this years ago and I was able to install 45-point, or even 60-point fonts. Does anyone know where I can find bigger fonts?
The Google Web Fonts repository is a real treasure trove for anyone looking for high-quality open source fonts, but finding the font you like among dozens of available typefaces can be a time-consuming task.
has anybody successfully changed fonts on p7?
I used ifont which creates and installs a font type to be chosen in settings/display/fonts but the fonts don't change. Also using HiFont to change the default fonts didn't work for me.
How did you guys change fonts (I love Sony scetch)?
