I am getting a Galaxy Nexus tomorrow in a trade. My S3 for a Galaxy Nexus 32GB plus $90 cash. It's the Verizon i515 model. I was thinking about rooting it when I got it. I also have some questions about it, though.
1) I heard from a friend that has the Galaxy Nexus Sprint model, and he said I have to unlock the phone before rooting it.
After much research there are some forums mentioning a difference in size between the regular Nexus 7 32GB Wifi and the 32GB w/ wifi and 3G. can anyone tell me anything as I have my Nexus 7 with 3G being shipped to me Wednesday
I just bought a HTC one (m7) today and its working fine! But for some reason my wifi speed is really really slow on this phone. My download speed is slower then my upload speed at the moment wich isnt normal I think. This doesnt happen on other phones/laptops in this wifi network.
Why is the wifi download speed so slow on my HTC one?
ok people i rooted my nexus a few weeks ago and was all good. i tried to install the new 4.4.1 update and i must have done something wrong. i used wugfresh to return to stock after about 4 tries and i thought everything was fine apart from my nexus 5 32GB is now a 16GB. i no longer have root and am not going to root untill after i get the ota 4.4.1 update. anyone have any ideas on what to do?
So I just updated my Nexus 7(2012) to Lollipop and so far it seems alright I just can't root it as of right now.
Im using WugFresh Root Kit. It's not auto detecting my device, so I select it's a Nexus 7(Wifi Tablet), and It's running versions 5.0(Obviously). It's already unlocked, so I just need to root it.
I'm currently rooted but didn't do anything to my Nexus 5. It's just rooted but it's on its stock ROM. My question is, on the next Android update, will I lose root? Will the update just erase root permission and update? If not, how can I unroot?
I rooted my Nexus 5 in one click using RT Root tool or something, TR Root for Nexus. It's an app. It didn't work very well, some apps still didn't work.
