I have a small problem with Handcent popups. When I get a popup that I don't need to respond to, I read it and close it again. But the popup tends to come back after 5 minutes. I would have thought that closing it indicates that I've read it and that should be the end of the notifications.
Has anyone else got this problem and have you found a way around it?
Hi everyone,Well, after a long journey of different desktop flavors of Linux Mint and trying out Fuduntu (great netbook distro btw but I really missed the debian universe and didn't want to compile programs that weren't in the repositories or dig around for RPMs), I'm back to #! on my Asus netbook.

There have been a lot of political fights lately about the large numbers of unaccompanied children coming up through the southern border into the US. What does AT think is the best way to handle this? Should we send them back? If we are going to send them back, how can we make sure they even get back to the right area of their home countries, let alone to their real families.
Hi I'm JamesI've migrated from Ubuntu, first to Debian then to a couple of Ubuntu-derivs, e.g. Mint, Elementary, etc. Used CentOS a lot at work but keep coming back to Debian-based distros for the familiarity of it.
