http://serverfault.com – I am currently updating some users to Office 2010 from 2007. some of them rely heavily on Color Categories and Flags. I am yet to find a way to backup their categories (and the mails they have applied them to) in order to maintain their individual productivity setting. Is it possible to backup those category (and other settings) so when I install Office 2010 everything is working as it was before in terms of the categories applied to the emails? (HowTos)
