Office 2007 to 2010 Outlook Categories

http://serverfault.com – I am currently updating some users to Office 2010 from 2007. some of them rely heavily on Color Categories and Flags. I am yet to find a way to backup their categories (and the mails they have applied them to) in order to maintain their individual productivity setting. Is it possible to backup those category (and other settings) so when I install Office 2010 everything is working as it was before in terms of the categories applied to the emails? (HowTos)

In case anyone isn't aware, the new Office 2007/2010 files are actually a type of archive file.

I need to set a descriptions for each file because each file has unique categories description.

I need to later allow user to search by categories so I need to set descriptions of each file and later show it in the list view if the file is in that category.

I can't make two folders of 2 categories if a user makes two categories for that file.
