HelloWhen i use ntsysv i see unneeded services. I want to switch off these service correctly. That is why i start with this question. Wich service do i need voor network to get ip ... [by evarie]
I have 2 services registered one for HAProxy and one for stunnel. When I type
service start haproxy or service start stunnel they start and everything works fine. I ran ntsysv and they are set as autostart, and I have init.d scripts that work.
I have checked the runlevel and using chkconfig runlevel 3, 4 and 5 are :on.
I just started working on a script. After my research, i found a command which can help me:
AIM: To build a script which starts the services (Services 1) on server 1 automatically whenever its down. And it has a dependency on other service (Service 2) on Server 2.
So my script has to check if service 2 is up and running on other machine and only then has to start Service 1.
The default Fedora 19 (and previous Fedora releases) configuration has the NetworkManager-wait-online.service start Before both the network.target and the network-online.target. This means enabling NetworkManager-wait-online.service delays all units which start After the network.target.
