I searched the forums and couldn't find anything close to the mystery icon that showed up recently on my HTC evo 3D:
It's the second icon from the left, between the More Notifications icon and the Data icon. I've been trying for hours to figure out what it is. I'm sure it's a custom icon from some app, but I haven't installed a new app recently.
Several weeks ago I tried to print a document from my rezound. My printer jammed and didnt not print the document. A notification appeared on my phone telling me to check my printer. I cleared my jam, clicked on the notification and NOTHING. So I pulled up the same document and printed it and still the notification stayed and the accompanying icon.

I am running clean install of CM10 26/09/2012 (but this issue is present in earlier nightlies as well). My phone is set to vibrate when ringing, and link the notifications and ringer volume.
When I use the power widget (pull down status bar) to put my phone to vibrate only, I'd expect phone calls AND notifications vibrate. However, only phone calls vibrate, the notifications don't.
I've been running tasks AOKP (today's build now) and I really like the nova prime launcher, however I have a very minor issue with the swipe down gesture.
The AOKP rom is awesome as when you pull down the notification bar, it will give the toggles if their are no notifications.

Every time I receive a notification of a new email my phone vibrates and I can not figure out how to get it to stop.
I have opened my email and gone to Settings -> Clicked on my gmail account -> unchecked vibrate and email notifications
But they persist, its like the email in the notifications and the email app are two separate things, but I can't find where to turn the other

Just got the Note II. Love it. Upgrade from Note I.
One thing I cannot figure out. Yesterday when I was playing with it, everytime I pull out the pen, there will be an alert at the notification bar saying the S pen is in use or something.
However, whenever I pull out the pen now, that notification is gone. I want it back, do you guys know which setting I should be tweaking?
Have had an issue with NFC since upgrading to Jelly Bean 4.1.2
The Icon in the notification bar to turn it on/off is blank, and nothing happens when I press it.
If I then go into Settings>More Settings and then turn NFC on, it works.

Posting this in the rooted section for the EVO 4G because I'm rooted running MikG 3.11 on the phone and not sure if my issue is ROM related...
Here is a screen shot of my pull-down notification menu:
NO CLUE how this came about but I previously had NO recent applications listed in the pull-down notification bar.
Until yesterday I was recieving emails fine. The notification was showing up on the task bar like it should, with sound. Now nothing. I can go into the email widgets (?) and manually pull them up, but nothing happens automatically like it should.
Does wi-fi need to be on to recieve email? I usually keep it off to save battery charge. TIA
