No package cache available in RPM. Please help

The package list needs to be rebuilt. This should have been done by the backend automatically. V More Details failed to get groups from comps: Cannot retrieve repository metadata (repomd.xml) for repository: rpmfusion-free. Please verify its path and try again I am trying to back-up my machine and this process is so difficult. I wish someone had wrote an idiots guide to backing-up a linux machine. :) (HowTos)
