I've been trying for weeks to update my LTevo to sense 4.1. I check for HTC software updates, and it keeps telling me my phone is up to date. The phone is totally stock. No root, no nothing. The only odd thing with my phone is that HTC loaded some pre-release software on it a few months back. It has since been returned to full stock (supposedly).
Under general settings for the messaging application there is an option to personalize the background. My current phone only gives the option to set an HTC background. My original phone (purchased 11/30/2012) gave me the option to use photos from the gallery. I had to get a replacement because my headphone jack quit working.

I got a Motorola Milestone that is rooted (info below) and I want to un-root it.
Can I just connect the phone via USB to my PC and use the Motorola Software Update tool and update firmware?

i was wondering about CM on the one. i dont currently see any roms out to check on this, but will it be able to use the image stability in sense camera? not to worried about the zoey thing, but what about that? also what are they going to do with the hardware/software buttons? thanks for any info of ppl who already have the phone!
I just installed Ubuntu 12.04 and my software center keeps crashing. Also, I cannot update using sudo apt-get update.
Greetings, I searched the forums and couldn't find the answer! I have a Galaxy SII with Virgin Mobile (Canada) and for some reason I have lost the Softare Update menu after a factory reset.
I just got a Huawei ascend, so far it's been a good phone for me I've got a couple of questions about it that IM having heck finding any info. my first question is under my phone settings storage there's this option to click that says software upgrade when u click it it says upgrade via sd card what's this for and what's it do?
