I have a dilemma, I am up for an upgrade and I have decide if the Droid Razr Maxx or the Droid Razr HD Maxx is worth the wait & extra money. I currently have a Droid Bionic so either will be a step up, but I am wondering if anyone has any ideas about this. The only real difference I can find is the pixel number, which is quite significant, but had anyone else heard anything?
We heard they could be delayed, but it looks like everything is a go because Verizon just announced the DROID RAZR HD and the DROID RAZR HD MAXX will hit stores next Thursday, October 18. The DROID RAZR HD will cost $199 and the DROID RAZR HD MAXX will run you $299.
The DROID RAZR HD and DROID RAZR MAXX HD launched on Verizon this past Thursday. We already did an initial hands on of the DROID RAZR HD and now it’s time for the bigger brother, the DROID RAZR MAXX HD. I say bigger brother, but I have to be honest, you can barely tell the difference between the two devices.
Background: Previous phone was a Droid 2 Global. I never liked the camera. Slow response, flash wouldn't always synch with shutter, first shot after activating camera would typically be underlit, low light shots were unimpressive to terrible. In a word: inconsistent.
I was apprehensive about getting a new phone with a lousy camera.
I just purchased the Motorola Droid 2 online (Manufactured Refurbished) and it works perfectly besides the soft keys! Only one will light up. :( The only one that will light up is the menu button. They are fully functional other than this. I tired a Factory Reset and it didn't seem to work.
I have a 2013 Motorola Droid Maxx phone with Verizon. I have a 2012 Subaru Forester that came equipped with a built in USB port. I cannot use the USB port on my car to play music from my cell phone over the car speakers. It says the phone is connected as a "media device". But no sound comes over the speakers.
I had this armband for my Droid 4, but it's a bit small for my Maxx HD. It's a bit too tall for the armband, and the light sensor is covered, so the screen is at it's darkest all the time, which is a problem for using it while on the run.
Do any of you use a good armband for your Razr HDs or Maxx HDs? I'm in need of a good new one. Thanks for the help!
Hi. I'm thinking of switching from my old razr maxx to the DROID maxx or the g2. I chose those two because they have the largest batteries. The g2 though was reviewed with "best camera" compared to the DROID 's "bad camera". Though DROID has that nifty touchless control. I can just tell it to play something when I'm driving. Plus larger battery. Still undecided.
