I am starting to finally add songs to my Nexus 4. I have added a few and am going to my Google Play Music app, but all I can see is this screen (attached picture), and there seems to be no way to get out of it. It is the Ways To Play screen. I tried tapping the Google Play in the top left, but that didn't help. Switching accounts didn't either.
So, I recently rooted my phone but didn't load a custom ROM and Google Calendar stopped working. I didn't reverse the root but I did restore to factory settings and deleted everything etc. And Google Calendar still isn't working. I've cleared the data/cache for it, uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times and nothing.
I can't connect to google talk after starting to use 2 steps authorization.
I tried the old and the new passwords, didn't help. It says the authorization fails.
I didn't find anything useful on google (tried to remove ~/.config/Empathy no results).
I had a question regarding the Google+ progress syncing of certain games, mainly Plants vs Zombies 2. I had been playing this game and finished all the levels that are out so far without being connected to Google+ in the game.
As you guys know the international/dev edition m8 comes with 65gb of free google drive space. I believe the verizon version has it as well.
I didn't get this on my phone (seems like AT&T always cheats us of it) So I decided to chat in with Google Drive support and told them I just got the m8 and I didn't get the 65gb of space for two years promotion.
I think Google Wallet has a lot of great features like loyalty cards, offers and it works on a variety of phones but... Google doesn't understand retail or social. In the same way they tried in social by dumping features into Google+ they are doing the same thing with Wallet. Google+ didn't lose because of features, they lost because no one understands what it is.
