Well I tried using Hasoon2000's tool and my HTC One will NOT boot into a custom recovery, it just reboots every time I tell it to boot into Recovery, whether I used the All-In-One Toolkit or not.
Just got the phone, unlocked through HTCDev, installed recovery through Toolkit, but can't actually boot into recovery. I tried all of the recoveries available (TWRP, CWM, CWM Touch) but once I select reboot into recovery, it reboots, gets to the HTC logo screen, something appears on the top edge of the screen, it reboots and boots normally. Did I do something wrong?
suddenly one morning my phone in continuously rebooting. it's alive for around 10 sec and then again reboots.
What all i tried:
1. Flashing custom recovery
--- flashing successful but after then when i goto custom recovery it goes to stock recovery.
With the new boot loader unlock it comes time to use a recovery other than safe strap. The easiest way to flash a custom recovery, in this case, clockwordmod recovery, is to simply download ROM Manager and use it to flash the Motorola Photon Q version of CWM Recovery.
I'm reading for few days now and I'm confused in two things:
1) unlocking bootloader
When using Hasoon2000 All-in-one toolkit I get different token, also fastboot oem get_identifier_token gives every time different token :/
Am I doing something wrong or it is normal?
2) making stock backup
Please correct me if I'm wrong
First I have to unlock bootloader, then I have to run custom recover
I've got a S3 Mini (i8190N) & I tried to install a custom ROM to it which failed. My phone will boot but then before the ROM/OS starts it reboots so it's stuck in a Bootloop. I cannot get into Recovery 'cause when I try that it simply just reboots. I can get into download mode!
I'vve had enough messing about trying to find a custom ROM; I don't think there is any out there.
I have a p5113 and it is running 4.2.2 it is a friends. It turns on all the way to the homescreen for about 30 seconds. Then it reboots. I have gotten into recovery and it lets me wipe data factory reset. Then when I go to reboot it shows an error below the android and there has been no data wipe when it reboots.
I have a rooted my Moto G. I flashed CWM recovery and every time I go to the recovery option and press the volume up button, it reboots and goes back to the home screen of my phone. I have tried this a several times.
Some time ago I could use key combnations to boot into stock recovery mode Then I installed thf cwm and I managed to boot into cwm.
But when I updated my phone to JB 4.1.2 by means of KDZ it became impossible to boot into recovery mode.
I tried all the possible key combinations but in vain.
