When I turn on a bluetooth headset paired with my phone, it automatically sets the headset as the primary sound output device so that calls/music play through the headset without me having to manually configure anything.
Jabra’s polished “stone”-like Bluetooth headset is launching in Australia at last, bringing A2DP technology along for the ride, transforming what is normally a voice-only wireless headset into one that also plays music, Internet radio and more through the headset at much higher quality than non-A2DP headsets, as single-ear Bluetooth headsets finally go beyond the voice-only paradigm.
Mine just isn't able to find detect either my Sony bluetooth stereo headset or my O2 wireless headset.
It's fine for connecting up to the bluetooth dongle on my desktop PC and my old Samsung E900 mobile phone of transferring files but somehow doesn't detect wireless headsets :confused:
Am I missing something?
Hello, can anyone recommend me a bluetooth headset that can be used to stream music to and can also be used on the PS3 as a standard headset?
Looking around it seems some bluetooth headsets you can play music through and some you can't, but I have no idea what determines if you can or not.
I have tried pairing my bluetooth headset (Samsung HM1700) with my Galaxy Tab 2 (SCH-i705), and I cannot get the bluetooth microphone to work.
They pair together fine and I can hear audio on my headset, but I can't talk into my headset. My tablet only uses the built in mic. When I look under the bluetooth menu, the icon looks like a pair of speakers (without a mic).
My Philips SBH9001 headset pairs fine using Ubuntu 12.04.
Hi ppl,
Just got an s3, and I'm having a problem with BT performance. I have 2 old headsets, a proplantronics, and a jabra bt350. When paired with my old TP2, ALL audio came through the headset; handset didn't ring, custom ringtones came through the headset, and navigation directions came through the headset.
Hi all,
I'm experiencing a silly problem with the bluetooth headsets using Samsung Note.
I have a new laptop (Novatech) running Ubuntu 11.10 and a new Plantronics BB903+ bluetooth headset.
* A2DP Works
When I connect the headset using the "audio service" (aka A2DP) it works fine. I can happily listen to Banshee on my headset.
