I'm trying to write a program in C which takes data from a SQLite database and displays it on the screen.
For this I have a function GSList* db_get_all_domains() and a function void display_domains(GSList* domains).
When I use GDB and set a breakpoint in the beginning of display_domains(...), I can get the domain name to show using ((domain*)domains->data)->name.
Our college local network has many computers with local IPs, and there's a gateway or a server which sends and receives the traffic and it has a static IP. So when I am away from that network and I want to access my computers in that network, I know their MAC addresses and their local IPs in that network and the static live IP of that network.
I'm stuck with one of the most harsh problems i had to deal with, regarding fixing my computer.
Im trying to solve it for days ( have searched a lot on the web ) and no results so far.
The problem is about network and internet access.
We are developing a Server software on Linux using C/C++, this software will limit the download rate for those requests which are from the Internet, but for those from local machines (intranet) it won't set any limit.
I am a computer science student with a black, 150mbps Trendnet N150 Wireless Home Router (model TEW-711BR, see: http://www.trendnet.com/products/proddetail.asp?prod=225_TEW-711BR ). My dad gave it to me, and I would like to try out some computer program networking and inter-program communication stuff with it.
