So I ordered the Nexus 7, and I'm going to get the Galaxy Nexus II when it comes out because right now I have a flip phone.
And while waiting, I've read some posts and talked to people who have the Galaxy Nexus 1 and the Nexus 7.
In preparation for Jellybean breaking Foxfi's wifi tether I've been playing with Bluetooth and I have a question that I can't answer
When connected to foxfi on Bluetooth, many apps on my nexus 7 don't recognize the internet connection.
Hey all,
So I have a very specific problem and I have literally scoured the internet for a solution. I haven't found much so I came here as sort of a last resort. I have the Samsung Galaxy Nexus gsm running on T-Mobiles 4G network. I have a 5GB data cap and no WiFi.
I have Wifi Tether for Root on my phone and my laptop sees (and is currently using) the phone's connection. However, my Nexus 7 does not. I've tried other tether apps as well, same problem.
What could possibly be the issue? The lack of 3G is a real sore point for me with this device...
Hi all,
I am buying the Nexus 7 and the Nexus 10 next week (The N7 for portable use and the N10 for home use) but what Im most interested in is how are all you guys finding the screen size on your N7s for things like browsing the web, emails, reading and the occasional game or movie etc?
My brand new 32gb nexus 7 sticks on the Google loading screen. I can only access the fastboot loader and recovery screens, but I haven't been able to fix it on either screen. I tried flashing with wugfresh, but no cigar. I was running 4.2.1 before it happened. I could really use a hand guys. Thanks!
Roughly at the beginning of April 2013, my tether is haveing issues. I'm tethering a nexus 4 w/ 4.2.1 vanilla, tethered w/ a win7 laptop. At the beginning of the month, i would notice an error icon over my "connected" icon in the win taskbar. the error icon, as i'm dubbing it, is a little yellow triangle over a computer w/ a wire/rj-11 jack.
Google is about to throw down. At next week’s NYC Android event, the big G is expected yell “me too!” and reveal a full line of Nexus devices. Watch out, Mr. Consumer. These devices aren’t just for the nerds.
I have a Nexus 1 and am wondering if it is possible to tether by USB to the Nexus 7... I dont really like using the wifi hotspot as for some reason whenever I put security on it I can never connect to it and bluetooth just plain doesnt work.
So just wondering if any of you have tried it with other phones or if its just not possible.
