It’s that time of year again. Samsung fansite Sammobile has revealed specs for a new Samsung phone with the model number GT-i9260. As we all know, the Galaxy Nexus is the GT-i9250, so this along with the leaked specifications indicate this device will be a mid-level spec bump.
So I hear that multiple manufacturers will be given the chance to release their own their own versions of the Google nexus. So far I've heard of the Samsung Galaxy Nexus 2, the Sony Xperia Nexus, and the LG Optimus Nexus. If that's the case, and let's say HTC and Motorola also make a nexus, what would you guys go for? What do you guys be hoping for in specs and pricing?
A list of devices from a manufacturer in china shows the following three devices as the Google Nexus Devices.
LG Optimus Nexus (L-08E: Optimus NEXUS -NFC waterproof · Xi · NEXT · Capless (TypeA / B / C))
Sony Xperia Nexus (SO-04E: Xperia NEXUS -Xi-NEXT-NFC (TypeA / B / C))
Samsung Galaxy Nexus II (SC-02E: GALAXY NEXUS II-Xi-NEXT-NFC (TypeA / B / C))
What do you guys think?

It seems like Samsung is constantly in the rumor mill lately, with the Galaxy S IV coming down the pipe, and the expected tablet refresh for 2013. Digitimes is reporting Samsung may be pitting their new 7″ inch version of the Galaxy Tab against the Nexus 7 by offering at a sub-$200 price point, possibly as cheap as $149.
Google announced that AT T will begin selling the Google-branded Samsung Nexus S smartphone for $100 on contract through Best Buy July 24. Meanwhile, a Samsung executive revealed to the press that the much-anticipated Samsung Galaxy S II smartphone -- which, like the Nexus S runs Android 2.3 -- will launch in the U.S. in August....
Its no great secret that Android users are spoilt for choice when it comes to high-end handsets in early-2013 alone, theres the Sony Xperia Z, HTC One, LG Optimus G Pro and, now, the Samsung Galaxy S4 to choose from. But you dont have to shell out £500 to nab a top-notch smartphone, as 2012′s über-capable and eminently affordable Google Nexus 4 proves.
We heard rumblings about a Samsung phone baring the model GT-i9260 for a couple of months now. It was referred to as the Galaxy Nexus Superior when it first leaked. From the leaked image above, we can clearly see it’s not a Nexus since it has TouchWiz on top of Android 4.1 Jelly Bean.
I originally thought I was imagining it but the stock email client on my new Google Nexus 7 appears to be very functionally different than that on my Samsung Galaxy S2 or Amazon Kindle Fire HD.
So I ordered the Nexus 7, and I'm going to get the Galaxy Nexus II when it comes out because right now I have a flip phone.
And while waiting, I've read some posts and talked to people who have the Galaxy Nexus 1 and the Nexus 7.
