Plus $1.99 shipping. And the guy has already sold 5 of them. I may have to rip mine out at that price...
Nexus 7 Speaker module for Google ASUS parts 8 Gb 16Gb 32Gb
I'm in a dilemma here.
Since a month ago, the Nexus 7 16GB Wi-Fi price has come down in my country.
Because it's not sold by Google (it's sold by ASUS distributors), the price was hovering at $320. But now it has come down to $220.
It's getting really hard to resist buying.
With Google’s The Playground is Open event only days away, we have already seen the Google Play Store “de-list” the 8GB version of the Google Nexus 7 tablet. A 32GB Nexus 7 device is in the works along with a 3G-enabled variant, which apparently has prompted some retailers in the UK to guess these devices will be announced next Monday.
Both Asus and Google have announced a price protection program for those that bought a Nexus 7 within a specific time frame, before the price drop. First up is Asus. They’re offering UK customers that bought the 16GB Nexus 7 directly from either Google or Asus a ₤25 refund for those who bought one before October 29th.
Those of you in Australia need to get to your computer ASAP because the Nexus 4 and Nexus 10 are now available to order. As expected the hot ticket is the 16GB version of the Nexus 4, and it’s already sold out. Of course you can get a little friendly with your refresh button and hope that it comes back in stock for a few minutes at some point.
By now, the 32GB Nexus 7 shouldn’t be a huge surprise. However, the more retail sites that we see this nice little device show up on the better. This time the device is popping up as a registration page on the Spanish version of UK the based Carphone Warehouse called Phone House. All signs are definitely pointing toward the 32GB version of the hot Nexus 7 making its way around the globe.
I just noticed it yesterday, the top speaker of my Nexus 7 seems really quiet compared to the one in the bottom. Is this normal? I tried asking my sibs but I forgot that they have the 2012 version so they only have a mono speaker.
It seems something has been changed on the Nexus 5: Speaker's hole, for example.
According to these pictures, "wave 2" has bigger holes, in order to spread a better sound.
Ever since Google dropped the N7 bomb that’s all people have been talking about lately. The new tablet from Google has received overwhelming response from tech blogs and consumers alike, and sales of the device reflect its high demand. Nexus 7 orders from the Play Store went from a 3-5 day shipping period to the 16GB version being completely sold out.
