Unfortunately, no matter how user friendly the desktop gets, some Linux applications and systems are still a challenge to configure and/or use. I thought it might be interesting to bring up these applications to see what experiences you have had with them and to help developers who are interested in knowing which tools could use a nudge toward the user-friendly side of things.
Manjaro Linux is a desktop-oriented, user-friendly distribution based on Arch Linux. Some of its more pronounced features include an intuitive installation process, automatic hardware detection, special Bash scripts for managing graphics drivers, and extra desktop configuration options. Manjaro Linux comes in three editions featuring the Xfce, GNOME 3 (with the Cinnamon Shell) and KDE desktops.

I kina think old user habits and Linux Web server SYS ops are keeping Linux on a terminal prompt because they hate change and in the case of SYS ops for job security.
Is keeping Linux from changing to more modern GUI ways of doing things and being more user friendly for the user, keeping Linux from a bigger foot print on home systems?

Dear Ubuntu,
I'm an average user who doesnt have any special programming skills and/or knowledge in the OS area, but I'm still able to work my way and do what I have to do when I have to do it with computers.

actually my office is going to buy bulk no of desktop pc's (for developmental purposes) .
i encouraged them to buy pc without os and then install linux .
