Greetings
I have upgraded from Ubuntu 10 to 12.10. The wireless stopped working, so I did a clean install. I have tried a few fixes, but none have worked. It used to see wireless networks, but wouldn't log in.
I would appreciate any help.

Hello,
I a trying to get Ubuntu 10.04 working on a family members new netbook.
The only real problem I have encountered thus far is the wireless is not working (it worked when booted to windows).
I have been to (https://help.ubuntu.com/community/EeePC/Fixes) and still have a few question and have not been able to get anywhere.
Here is my command output:
~$ sudo lshw -c network
*-network UNCL
I am running Ubuntu 64 bit 12.04 3.2.0-37-generic. My wireless is not working.
rfkill list all
0: phy0: Wireless LAN
Soft blocked: yes
Hard blocked: yes
1: hp-wifi: Wireless LAN
Soft blocked: yes
Hard blocked: no
I tried running rfkill unblock all.
Everything worked fine on my laptop with fresh Ubuntu 12.10 x64, until wireless just stopped working at some moment.
