Hey guys/gals, newbie checking in on the site. I just purchased my first Android phone about a month ago (Samsung S3), and so far loving every minute of it! I switched from an iPhone 4 (the dark side ;) ) and was on the fence whether to make the switch or hold out for the iPhone 5. Soooo glad I went with the S3 since the i5 was such a let down in my opinion.
So, my wife bought this phone a couple of months ago, and for the most part she likes it. However, she does have problems with the phone loosing voice and/or data connections. She uses the Sprint Zone to check, and often times one or the other has failed. After the first time this happened, I spent a lot of time with sprint getting the phone refreshed.
Ever since I updated my Sprint Galaxy S3 to MD4 last week, I started to get this sprint connection optimizer failed notification blip almost constantly. I even reset and rebooted my phone and the problem still persists. Even on Wi-Fi, my signal cuts out which was never the case prior to the update.
I m not pro or something and i know that it this thread may be a thrash but please guys help me root my phone i have tried to root it with the superoneclick but it does fail at rageagainstthecage and i mean it stucks there i have done the usb debbuging and also i havent mounted the memory card / sd card.

I want to remove TWlauncher from my SGN. Is there any possibility to do this? On GB roms Titanium Backup works perfectly, but I have problems on ICS- TB deleting TWlauncher, but after reboot it's still on my Note.
