isnt it always funny how folks never go to new forums without having a problem first. found this forum while looking for answers and the threads i read that were posted by members made the forum look fun. so i thought i would not just "lurk" and say hi. im a newbie both to this site and to the "smart" phone that is just a few quorks from flying across the yard. lol.
Today was the second time I did not recieve any notifications about new posts of threads I am subscribed to via mail over to Gmail account. :mad:Someone is experiencing the same? I am not sure if it is the fault of Gmail or this forum. The only observation for today is that I did not log in the whole day into #!
Is it me or are there loads of members reanimating long-expired threads? Is there a way to automatically close threads say a certain amount of time after the last post?
Being faced with 2 year old posts cluttering up my favourite forum is seriously annoying me. If the posters had anything interesting to share it would be something, but they usually spout some inane drivel.
I'm sure most of you already understand the procedure, but tomorrow's the release day for F18 Final. Once that happens, this development forum will be archived and all F18 questions should be handled in other forums.
Once a forum is archived, threads can still be viewed, but no new threads/posts are allowed.
