New Virgin Mobile phone, data works but texting and calling does not.

http://androidforums.com – I bought a new phone today and changed providers from Verizon to Virgin Mobile. I transfered over my old number (and therefore closed my Verizon account), and as I was told my old phone stopped being able to text/call saying the account has been deactivated. My new phone, however, will not send or receive calls or texts. The data works perfectly fine. When I call my number from another phone, it just keeps ringing and ringing. When i try to make a call from the new phone, it makes three beeping noises and then does nothing, no dialtone no nothing. I'm thinking maybe my number hasn't (General)
