Hi everybody, I've been looking for answers to my linux problems (I'm a newbie) for a while in this forum, and now I finally registered, since I think I need some answers more specific to my situation.
Hi I'm JamesI've migrated from Ubuntu, first to Debian then to a couple of Ubuntu-derivs, e.g. Mint, Elementary, etc. Used CentOS a lot at work but keep coming back to Debian-based distros for the familiarity of it.

I'd like to ask why do you make the forum disappear in certain forums categories? The AMD CPU forum is pruned if a post hasn''t been posted in a few days or so. What is the sense of that when people passing by can't even see what's going on? It's supposed to be a forum open for public view, not close circuit TV.
I bought a Verizon SGS3 and have been learning it the last week.
It's my first SP and am having a ball with it.
Found this forum through Google. I am a member at a couple other phone forums, but andriodforums is by far the most complete, and visited.
I plan on being a regular member.
I have F20 installed on Hyper-v VM. Initially I get installed and get proxy setup and update everything. A couple days later, I cannot connect to the internet and ifconfig doesn't display an IPv4 address. I have tried several things that I have found on google/forums. I have reinstalled a couple of times and each time, same story.:dis:
So a couple of days ago I went into the Runescape downloads and found there was now an official launcher for Linux! So I installed it, ran it, and it was good as new. The game ran fine, full high settings, NO LAG whatsoever. This continued for a couple of days and I had a blast! However, starting from yesterday afternoon up until now, the game started acting weird.
Yo! My name's Kyle, looking forward to getting a bit more into the Android scene. Used to be heavy into the Apple scene, but made the switch a couple years ago and have a lot to learn still about the Android system.
Okay, so I am really new at this forum stuff. I just took over my daughters vivid from my inspire. I have had it a couple of days now. So far everything was working fine until today. It will not connect to mobile internet, which is at&t. It will connect to wifi. It keeps telling me "connection failed due to incorrect APN setting".
