I got a notification on goo about a new gapps... But I dunno what it contains. Does it have the most recent Gmail 4.2 and the 3.9 market?

yesterday I installed Kitkat#4 on my s5830i from: http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2560746
This roms runs very nice n smooth, but the whole Google apps are missing. So I was searching for the right gapps and founds this one: http://goo.im/gapps/gapps-gb-20110828-signed.zip .
Long story short, i have had the Droid razr for about a month and as soon I got the device, I flashed over the Black Widow ICS rom. Everything worked fine and smoothly but then a noticed a problem and hopefully you guys can help me.
There are updates for various Google Apps (Gapps) that i installed when flashing over the ROM.
While downloading the nightly CM 10.2 for 11/4, I went to go download the usual gapps for 4.3.1 and it said the file couldn't be found. It gave me a list of files to download for gapps options but I'm not sure which one is the correct one for me to download. Did the gapps site change in some way? I'm on Sprint, by the way.
I have a g350-u00 device that was shipped with JB 4.1.2 but without Gapps. To add Google account, I rooted the device and copied .apk files to /system/apk from gapps package http://goo.im/gapps/gapps-jb-20121011-signed.zip. After a couple of hard resets I have a working system with Gmail and Play Store. The latter fails to install any app with toast "invalid download uri".
