I JUST got this phone about... 3 weeks ago? The phone isnt rooted or anything but the screen lights up over and over again, I tryed killing tasks and I don't have a live wall paper or anything, it also reboots and freezes a lot! It reboots in the middle of phone calls and texts! It'll freeze up at random times.
So I just got off with Sony support trying to get my phone fixed. I don't even know if I'm still under warranty since they obviously don't read the reason for contacting them in the first place. I told the guy I need to get my phone repaired. He told me to contact Sony to initiate a repair.
i got my phone less than 30 days ago. the glass on the back of the phone is now full of cracks. NEVER DROP IT.
i spoke to LG Canada and they say it is not under warranty even if i never drop it. i told them it is probably a problem when it was manufacture.
there answer it is not under warranty.
Hi, I´m looking for advice please, I have an LG Optimus P500 for just over 1 year, so out of warranty of course, & the bottom half of the screen has 2 large & lots of thinner black lines across it. Is this a sign that the LCD screen has stopped working fully or something else?

i just recently bought my daughter a hydro and it was a good phone until one day, she came in from school and told me that the phone wouldnt keep a charge, and continually turned off and on by itself. i told her that she must be doing something wrong because brand new phones dont do that. until i seen it for myself.
All of a sudden, my phone randomly goes into the weather/time dock homescreen, and the home button now brings me to this screen, not the home screen.
I did drop my phone in shallow slush friday night, but it didn't start until sunday.

My friend brought her phone to me, she was in tears. She tells me she wanted to change it from Virgin Mobile to Verizon Wireless.
