After using Ubuntu 12.10 for awhile on a separate computer, I decided to dual boot on my windows machine.
The only bad thing is that I do not know which version of Ubuntu 12.10 to use 32bit or 64bit.

I've got a server with Fedora 11 on it, which will be getting a new motherboard soon. The old board is 32bit only, but the new one will be 64bit. Would like to switch to 64bit so I can use all 8GB RAM that the new board will have plugged in. :)

This tutorial should also work for OpenSUSE 11.1 and 11.2. Its written for 32bit but should be the same for 64bit. The only problem you might have is you need to download the following files which should be in the OSS repo:
