Well, as the title says, I recently purchased ROM Toolbox, and I already had Titanium Backup PRO. I noticed the former does also the same job of the latter, which is backing up apps + data, and has many batch operations just like Titanium.
Now, I also noticed that both of these two apps generate backup files in .gz format.
Hey guys. I have an unlocked and rooted ATT HTC One. I am running CM 10.1. I recently flashed a CM 10.2 nightly and when I tried restoring my apps through Titanium backup, it would not restore. It just stayed at 0%. Do I need to wait longer than 5-10 mins for it to start restoring? Also my pro key for titanium backup would not download from the google play store.
Alright, so I've had my phone rooted for a while now and I think I'm ready to flash my first ROM. I'm currently on stock and think I'm going with AOKP 4.2.1 Build 2. It seems like it has all the features I'm interested in. I just have a couple of questions.
I have a Samsung galaxy s2 that I titanium backup pro. I moved my apps to the external sd card I had in the phone. I then put the sd card in my new rooted Samsung galaxy s3 which also has titanium backup pro installed. I can't see or figure out how to put apps on s3. Anyone know how? Thanks
I have titanium backup set to sync the backup to my dropbox after it backs everything up. O have it set to do this automatically everyday at like 2am (my phone is not powered off) . I keep getting this error: com.sidhe interactive.sif.dr ? What does it mean. Also, does tb delete the backup it creates locally after uploading
