When I install the FC11 by using
"Install or upgrade an existing system"
or
"Install system with basic video driver"
mode...
Point 1, I can't config the network config ( IP Address ), due to the
error of network manager...
Point 2, I can't enter into the text mode to do the installation steps...

I have installed F17 with Gnome 3 desktop and all updates. My desktop sits behind a router running dd-wrt which handles all connections to my isp and provides a static ip to my desktop. I decided to remove network manager and simply use system-config-network-gui to setup my connection. My desktop config isn't that complicated... it's just dhcp with everything handled at the router.
NOTE: This is for RHEL/centOS.
Currently my way of configuring the MTU is via GUI using system-config-network and setting the MTU to 4096. I would like a non-interactive script to do this instead.
How do you configure the MTU for all network adapters via a script?

the network configuration gui you get to via the panel (system>administration>network) has some issues.
first and most annoying to me, you are unable to delete any new devices you create here.
I've successfully installed VisualSVN server on my computer and setup it's repository root on network, to save all files on another computer.
When i try to edit or assign the IP using this command
system-config-network-tui &
Terminal opens the console which is uncontrollable just like this
