In my app i'm using the camera app on the phone in order to take a picture. After taking the picture it returns back to my app. I noticed that it acts differently in different phones. In Galaxy s3 I found that after taking a picture it shows the picture and gives an option to save it (and then go back to my app) or discard (and go back to the camera app).
Is it possible to make it so that you can take a picture with front and back cameras simultaneously? (Exactly like the Samsung Galaxy S4 dual shot function) on perhaps older phones such as the Samsung Galaxy S3 (well basically any phone that has a front and back camera)?
I have a samsung galaxy s3 and it got wet. I dried it up in rice and all that and it works perfectly fine, except my camera won't focus from far away. I can take a picture with the front camera perfectly and if I take a picture a picture with the back camera from really up close its fine but not from far is there anyway i can fix it?:(
Frequently, I see x1.0 in the middle of my camera preview screen, to the left of a small white box. I'd like to know what exactly that means, but it seems like when it is there, I cannot take a picture. Absolutely nothing happens when I click the camera button.
Hi, I'm a new member here. It's good to see that there is a forum that can help me with the problem I have with my galaxy S3.
I tried taking some photos with the front camera in the phone, and at first, it worked pretty well. The camera quality was good, just like the non-front camera.
hi i have a samsung galaxy s3 and I am very sure that my phone was never in contact with water or any physical damage. everything on my phone works except the camera so I send it back to samsung for repair and they have send it back saying that its beyond repair because of the liquid damage and my warranty dosent work for replacing with another phone. Can this phone be still fixed?
AT&T has had a lot of announcements today, most notably the arrival of the Nokia Lumia 920 and 820, exclusively on their network. But Samsung and Android are getting in the mix too, as the blue carrier has just announced that the Samsung Galaxy Camera will be available from AT&T.
Unfortunately, a due date on this one is missing from the release.
