Would you rather pay $7/month and $100 deductible for insurance and go without a case. Or buy a case and ditch insurance? I have always had insurance and typically go without a case. If I get a case it's a thin one. I just picked up an otterbox defender. I'm thinking about dropping insurance but I'm not entirely sure.
Bestbuy offers their insurance plan for $10/month, same as ATT.
ATT's plan requires a deductible of upto $200 for replacement. I dont know if bestbuy requires a deductible or not and how much.
Any other insurance plan to consider?

The phone & screen still works, but I'm having a difficult time using / reading it. Can't seem to find a valid online source for a DIY screen replacement, and the cost to have a local shop do it is more than the deductible of my Sprint insurance plan.
I'm thinking about having my phone naked....... well, sort of. What I mean is, I was thinking of adding the SGP Glas for the front. So now the front will be protected. Then I would have a bumper protecting the sides of the phone. For the back I would have an invisible shield, Even if I do happen to drop it I can easily buy the back panel since its cheap.
I am getting ready to upgrade from my OG Evo to the new S3, and Sprint said my insurance will raise from $8 to $11 and the deductible will go from $100 to $150. So for my wife and I, we will be paying $22 per month in insurance combined. Maybe its better to drop and self-insure. What do others think and is the Samsung S3 known to be easy to break?
I'm looking for insurance, and I'm looking for one which pays out the value of the phone.
I've seen many insurers, but most just send you a replacement phone, and those are just refurbished phones, yet the monthly premium is about £6+per month.
I've never taken insurance before, and would like to see what you guys are using.
I realize this is a little off topic, but do any of you have insurance on your phone's? I saw an article that mentioned Worth Ave. Group, has anyone here ever used their service ? Square Trade wants ($125 - 30%) $95 plus $99 deductible... is this the best deal going ?
any thoughts
I guess I'm just some weirdo... but I love using my phone completely naked. Anything on top of it including a screen protector ruins the feel of the original design and also the weight. I had the iPhone 5, used it naked, and now the GN2 and I'm using it naked. It feels amazingly light and because I have big hands, it feels great to hold and like a normal sized phone. So...
