All the time, I frequently use Krusader (Version 2.4.0-beta1 "Migration") file manager. Again, I have done something (mouse drag?) that resulted in a completely empty (white) all the Krusader window but its title bar. Restarting the PC does not solve it. Linux offers users numerous separate apps to manage files and handle system-related computing chores, but Krusader packages these functions in its own tool sets. Krusader is designed for the KDE desktop, but this file manager does not need the KDE window manager to run on your computer.more ...
I have a problem using Krusader editor for modifying config files in /etc
It is probably due to /etc being owned by root.
Even though the config file and its conf~ backup are both owned by normal user, each time I edit it with Krusader builtin editor, there are some lines appended automatically. This problem does not occur if gedit is used, for example.
