The title says it all really. The adaptor came with a cd for drivers but I presume it's only for windows. I'm not really sure what to do now. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
I was recently thinking about getting a mhl to hdmi adaptor for my galaxy s3 to hook to my television so i can view my phone on the big screen for gaming purposes mainly. However, my television is not a samsung set it is a vizio. In addition, it only is a 720p tv set, it does not support 1080p. Will the adaptor still work still because of those two things?

Hello,
I recently replaced my six year old 802.11abg router with a new 802.11n router, hoping to take advantage of the 802.11n-capable wireless adaptor in my new laptop. Unfortunately, my wireless connection persists in connecting at the 54Mbps maximum.
My router is Netgear WNDR3700 and my wireless adaptor is Intel Wifilink 5300.
Now, I use Debian 6.0.6 instead of Fedora 16/17. But I still sustain the problem of my wireless problem. If I enable/disable my laptop wireless device or my usb wifi adaptor, my laptop will panic. It seems like all the processes stop at that time and I have to restart my laptop directly.
P.S.
I am having trouble using the adaptor to watch Netflix via my EVO 3D. I connect the HDMI to the tv, selct HDMI input on the tv, then connect to the adaptor then to the phone. When I begin the movie I never seem to get the option in notifications to select HDMI. It worked once but I had tried so many sequences I can't recall the exact order.
I was going to post this in with my other question about the flash drive, but I figured it'd be easier on all if it were its own question. I have a dell dimension (gag) which I have connected to the internet by way of a linksys wireless G adapter. Problem being, I can't find my CD.
Attached USB adaptor, ran ndiswrapper and installed the OEM driver from the disk. Instantly attached to my WIFI network. Running Ubuntu 9.10 Gave it a 4 only because it requires ndiswrapper to work.
In Conky I have this line for the AC Adaptor to tell me when it's plugged in that it's on-line and when it's unplugged that it's off-line.${color F8DF58}${font StyleBats:size=16}q${font} AC Adaptor: ${color1}${acpiacadapter ACAD}Since I recompiled the kernel I noticed it doesn't change now when I plug the adaptor in or unplug it and I'm not sure what I must of taken o
