Hello everybody,I will try to introduce myself correctly. So I'm a french guy (20yo) who learned to use a GNU/Linux distro with Debian Lenny and Ubuntu9.10 (and recently 10.04).But I love to test everything, and I think that Ubuntu is going on the wrong way... I was on OpenBox3, and my themes were often inspired by #! ^^I have hesitate a long long time to install #!
Ladies and Gents, I've noticed that there are a few french-speaking people on these forums, wading their way through topics with bad or mediocre english.
I'm a native english-french bilingual, so if there a post you guys don't understand or want translated, do not hesitate to ask me.

After some very heavy distro hopping the last years I found CrunchBang and running it now since end of 2010. And I'm very happy with it. My note- and netbook running CrunchBang and also a machine at my workplace since last week. :)I read these forums daily, but never thought about to register myself.
Hi,
Recently upgraded from my trusty Desire HD and one thing bugs me quite a lot about S3 when it comes to texting. It doesn't have autocorrect in multiple languages. The thing is most people, even non-english speaking people, use english.
I might just ramble a little, but there is a point to it all ;)First a little about me.I've been a Linux user since about 2005, but just started using CrunchBang about a year ago. I distro hopped for several years before settling on Linux Mint main edition and LMDE as my distro's of choice. Since finding CrunchBang it has quickly become my distro of choice.
I'm from across the pond (USA) and I've played around with Linux since about 1995/1996. My first distro was Mandriva or it may have been called something else back then.I discovered CrunchBang back in 2009/2010 and immediately fell in love with it. I initially installed CrunchBang on an Asus EEE-PC and was amazed that practically everything worked right after installation.&nb
Good morning this is my first time I'm testing .... CrunchBang always been walked over by the Ubuntu distro and I'm enjoying it very fast for my presario 700 ... but I have two problems. 1 Icewesael is the first in English and I want in Portuguese. write in terminal sudo apt-get install iceweseal en-us and it says missing dependency (<= 3.5?? what do I do?
hello, good people, how are you?I'm a 19 year old computer enthusiast from uruguay and a few years ago i discovered linux and fell in love with it, specially i fell in love with how simple it is and how it is community driven.
We just got a laptop in the family that will be shared by 2-3 people, so I decided to put a Linux on it for myself. I allready have #! on my PC, so I decided to dig through my install disk stash. I tried some distros OpenSUSE, Ubuntu 11.04, Debian, finally installing Mint Debian. But after half a day of calibrating Mint I gave up on experimenting and installed good ol' Statler.
