Hi guys,
So far I have used 3 chargers. A Verizon green 10ft long charger, the charger for my Nexus 7, and a Verizon car charger.
Basically when I plug any of these chargers in it will show it is charging for a split second, then it'll go away. So in order for it to charge, I have to push the charger in really hard, push it down, or bend it to the right.
I have a Nexus 7 factory-included charger and I was wondering if I could safely charge my Nexus 4 with it. Reading from the specs printed on the chargers, the N7 charger outputs 2.0A at 5.0V, while the N4 charger outputs 1.2A at 5.0V. If it's safe, would it affect the N4's battery longevity in the long term? Considering it would be charged with a higher current.
Hi
While I'm driving I'm using Waze for navigation, and the device is also connected to my in car multimedia unit via BT as a phone.
I'm connecting the device to the car charger, and getting the charging icons, so it is actually charging the device.
BUT... it seems that the charging is too slow. The percentages of the battery is going down, instead of going up.
Hey there, has anyone come across their HTC Desire going from charging in car without any worries to plugging in the car charger and the phone going into car mode. It simply will not charge any more in the car, just goes into car mode. It is not the charger as I have used the same charger with other phones in the same car and they charge fine in car.
So I came to egypt to visit family about a week ago. My charger is 110v n here they use 220v..
So one day, I was left at my friend's house without my normal, Sidekick Charger.
My friend had an HTC Sense charger and it seemed to fit my Sidekick, and without thinking twice, I used it for the night.
My phone charged ti 100% and I unplugged it and used it throughout the next day.
When I plug my S3 into the charger of a night time and let it do its thing, part way through the night after it has fully charged the S3 comes off charge and then lights the room up a few seconds later when it goes back on to charge (and will repeat this several times throughout the night). I have used the same charger on my S2 and it works fine, just seems to be my S3.
I have read that a generic charger can damage a cellphone.
Hi folks,
I seem to be having issues with my Nexus 4 and charging. Two specifically.
1. It doesn't always start charging when I connect the mains charger, usually I have to disconnect and reconnect it.
2. When there is below a certain level of charge and I connect the charger within a minute it's jumped up to 100% and decided it's charged.
