got another question...the music app shows all my music and playlists but the playlists are empty?
I have cleared the cache but it will not show the songs in the playlist.
What I like with iOS and iTunes:
I have all my music stored locally, on my HD.Playlists recognise on genre, artist, types (podcasts vs music etc). The simplest playlist for music just selects XGB of random music I haven't played in the last 8 weeks and refreshes every time I sync.
Is there a solution that gives me these for Android?
A few days ago, all of my music was in Google Play music with a couple of Playlists to boot. One day, all of the music is playing normally through Google Play Music. A couple of days later, all of the music disappeared from Google Play music.
I recently started trying Ubuntu One music streaming and now it feels good. However I have a problem here: I used to have several long playlists for myself in Rhythmbox (300-500 songs each playlist, in my favored order), and I really liked to play songs from the playlist instead of shuffling all songs.
Hey everyone. Not sure if this is the correct sub-forum. I've noticed that despite having only four or five playlists on Google Music (desktop) my phone shows a bunch - mostly ones from albums I've downloaded.
So I trying to ditch my ipod and use my note 2 for all my music since it has the storage to do so, however I cannot find a replacement app that will take all my itunes data including smart playlists and playlist folders then put it on the note and give me a easy way to keep it up to date when I get new music or smart playlist conditions change, this really seems one part Android is really falling
I have an unrooted GS2 ATT Skyrocket and I am having issues; when the battery dies or, every once in a while, when I take the SD card out my Playlists gets dumped. The playlist name is there, but no music is linked to it. I have no idea where the phone saves the playlist, but would like to back it up on my SD card.
