I'm using zsh + rxvt-unicode as a terminal simulator in Archlinux. I've successfully setup navigation in the terminal using Ctrl+Arrow keys, but i can't setup the terminal to be able to select text when pressing Shift + Arrow (or Ctrl + Shift + Arrow to select the whole word). After several days of searching for solution I couldn't find one.
Well, Hi community. I have a problem when I'm navigating in folders and files through Nautilus explorer, but when I try to select multiple files I can't select them by using Ctrl or Shift button.
Also in Mozilla Firefox, when I try to open a link in a new tab (by Ctrl button) it doesn't works.
The buttons functions like COPY (Ctrl+C), and PASTE (CTrl+V)
P.D: I'm on a HP netbook.
I'm using a ListView to display a list of items. I tap on one item to 'select' it, and that item briefly turns orange in the list, but then returns to the background color.
How can I cause the item to stay 'lit' until I unselect it (by tapping the item again)?
Also, can I call a method that will clear all selected items for that list?
I have modified my eclipse colour theme to my liking but just cant seem to develop in peace because I keep having to squint and stare at the screen for certain elements. The colour default scheme is simply pathetic!
I have no idea what these elements are called and hence instead of attempting to describe them I have attached screenshots.

The website would not let me post pictures so i posted them above.

is there any way to use ctrl(mic)+a separately of c to copy, because to copy i need to hold mic+a+c. so, make it normally, like in a pc keyboard. ctrl+a = select all (and stay selected) so, i press ctrl+c (to copy it)
In ICS there was simply a "Select All" option at the bottom of the screen to check all items in an email list. Easy. Now in Jelly Bean I can't find a "Select All" option anywhere. So if I have hundreds of emails I've already read on my desktop for example, now I have no choice but to select them all ONE AT A TIME, which is just ridiculous!
I am pretty sure that this isn't possible, but I would like to do what I can in Windows in an Android file manager.
In Windows, if I want to select a large number of files, I can click on the first file, hold down shift, and select the last, which will select everything in between. Can I do anything like this in Android? (There are too many files to select individually.)
Ok, I realise that I risk a religious war asking a question about text editors, but here goes.
