I have installed the KDenlive version 0.7.6 (suse 11.2) and my camcorder is a Canon HF-11 AVCHD. When I get a mts file from it, I cannot read it from KDenlive. It is probably because KDenlive says that ffmpeg module is not installed even if it is (ffmpeg0.5.0.20667).

I've tried to build ffmpeg from PKGBUILD too but no libavresample found in pkg folder, but there is one in the src folder.Although this may be an upstream fault but I've found some RPMs (same version of ffmpeg) contain correct header files such as .Could someone help me investigate into this?
I'm very new to FFMPEG so how can I better debug and trace these issues?

I'm connecting using http not https as my server's on the same machine.Are you using ca-certificate.crt? I was getting a start-up error with that so created a cert.pem file. That could be a red herring though.
