Moving from CM10 nightly beta to CleanROM - signature verification failure

http://forum.xda-developers.com – I decided to give CleanROM a try. Prior to this I had unlocked my bootloader and put CM10 nightlies on my One X. I am planning to modify a Motorola lapdock to use with my One X, but CM10's HDMI out is broken. The cleanrom instructions just say to use TeamWin (which I have installed), and to wipe + install their zip. I tried both the CleanROM 4.5 zip and the 5.1 preview build (not SP1). For both of them I get a signature failed error in twrp. I've looked all over the forums (xda, and cleanrom), and have not found a solution. Sorry if this is a newb question. I actually would have (HowTos)

Went through the cookbook: 1. Rooted 2. Unlocked bootloader 3. installed recovery (VZWGS3_EZ-Recovery2.2.apk 4. copied CleanRom 5.5.1.zip to sdcard

Boot into recovery - clean cache, data etc (did it a couple of times)

When I "apply update from external storage" and select the CleanRom 5.5.1.zip I get: -- Install /sdcard/MEM ...

Tried a different ROM today instead of CleanRom and didn't care for it. Restored back to CleanRom with TWRP 2.5.0.2. Ran fine until I did a reboot. Stuck on S4 splash screen. I can get into recovery and wipe everything and reflash a fresh copy and it'll boot fine until I do a restart, then stuck again.

Hey All, I have noticed that my boot animation, running CleanRom, has gone to the cleanrom (different) one. At one point I think it was still giving me the stock samsung one. Is this an issue I should worry about fixing, or no?

Cleanrom wallpaper 24 weeks 3 days ago

I changed my wallpaper after flashing cleanrom and now I can't get the nice stock wallpaper back that it had installed with.

[/URL] This is my first of, I hope, many themes for the GS3. This was tested and based on CleanROM 2.5. If you try it on any other ROM based on the G7 modems, let me know. If you do try it and it borks your phone, though, I'm not responsible. And in general, I'm not responsible for anything that you do to your device. The app icons that you see are from a paid Apex theme in the PlayStore.

I am in the process of downloading the most recent cleanrom. I didn't see anything in the notes about this but once I have it flashed what steps do bit need to do to be able to install apps to my sd card

MeanROM / CleanROM anomalies 40 weeks 3 days ago

I have noticed 3 issues on both MeanROM 2.6 and CleanROM BE ICS:

If I try to view Usage in the Settings app I get "Unfortunately Settings had to close" The stock Gallery app can no longer find my photos (which I have never moved from their default location) but Quick Pics can Nothing seems able to find my local ringtones in either /sdcard/Ringtones/ or /sdcard/media/audio/ringtones/
