you can set most, if not any, mouse feature either permanently in /etc/X11/xorg.conf.d/(...).conf, or on the fly using xinput. See https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Mouse_acceleration

What typeof mouse is it?Optical, wheeel, usb, PS/2?Did you create an /etc/X11/xorg.conf file or modify /etc/X11/xorg.conf.d/10-evdev.conf ?Post the files if you modified them.I am assuming its a desktop not a laptop and you have installed xf86-input-mouseCheck the obvious first as well, that the optics or the ball is clean.

How can I fix the mouse problem and also how can I add an option in GRUB2 t
