I have Ubuntu installed on a primary hard drive and Windows 8 on a secondary one.
When I try to access the secondary hard drive the following message appears:
Error mounting: mount exited with exit code 14: Windows is hibernated, refused to mount.
Failed to mount '/dev/sda1': Operation not permitted
The NTFS partition is hibernated.

ntfs 37 weeks 12 hours ago trying to mount my ntfs data partition through thunar i get this error messageError mounting: mount exited with exit code 1: helper failed with:Unprivileged user can not mount NTFS block devices using the external FUSElibrary. I am unable to mount a USB drive (or SD card) to my system without root access.
My fstab configuration has always worked, but recently (and somewhat out of the blue,) my Ubuntu has started to attempt to mount my usb hard-drive twice.
The error is

Where 'Cloud' is the name of my usb hard-drive.
